We strive to accurately describe and display our products. However, variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our ingredients and production. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or spoiled.

  • All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.

  • We do not accept opened items due to health and safety regulations.

  • All returns require prior approval and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. Shipping Policy

Your selected shipping method does not include 1–3 business days for order preparation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday.

  • We do not ship on weekends.

  • Shipping timelines are carrier estimates and begin after your order is prepared and shipped.
