At Facchini Food Services LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products made with care and precision. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, we must implement a clear and strict refund and return policy to ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

1. Final Sale Policy

​

All purchases made through www.dubaipistachio.com and affiliated platforms are considered final upon payment. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons related to:

  • Customer preference or taste

  • Incorrect orders submitted by the customer

  • Failure to retrieve or receive packages on time

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled due to transit or packaging failure

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The claim includes clear photographic evidence of the problem (product + packaging)

Approved cases may be resolved via:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed food products

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Perishable goods after 48 hours of delivery

5. Restocking and Return Fees

  • Heat exposure due to delayed retrieval from delivery locations

Please track your shipment closely and retrieve perishable packages as soon as possible.
