Facchini Food Services LLC is committed to delivering your order in a safe, timely, and compliant manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which we prepare, handle, and ship orders placed on www.dubaipistachio.com and affiliated online stores.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing and preparation before they are shipped.

• This preparation time is not included in the selected shipping method's delivery estimate.

• Orders are prepared and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Days and Cutoff Times

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

• If Monday is a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next available business day.

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays to ensure the safety and quality of perishable goods.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

​

We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and offer the following options:

• Ground Shipping

• 2-Day Express

• Overnight Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Regulations

To comply with FDA, USDA, and New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets guidelines for perishable food shipping:

• We only ship to addresses within the United States at this time.

• Perishable items are shipped with proper packaging to maintain temperature and product integrity.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless explicitly approved.

5. Warm Weather and Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

• During summer months or in warm climates, we may use insulated packaging and cold packs.

• Customers are advised to track their delivery and retrieve packages promptly to avoid spoilage.

• Facchini Food Services LLC is not responsible for packages left unattended or delayed due to carrier issues once the package has left our facility.

6. Shipping Charges

​

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

• Any applicable taxes, handling, or packaging fees will be displayed before payment.

7. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages

​

Facchini Food Services LLC is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.

• Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

• Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

8. Damaged or Spoiled Goods Upon Delivery

If you receive a package that is damaged or spoiled, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dubaipistachio.com

• Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or credit, at our discretion.

9. Risk of Loss

​

All items purchased from www.dubaipistachio.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

• Bioterrorism Act of 2002

• USDA regulations for temperature-controlled items
